There is a need for systematic studies on various problems and issues that may emerge during or after the reunification process. Thus, this study aimed to make detailed proposals for methods of integrating Koreas`` welfare-policy system in view of unification by analyzing unification scenarios and by discussing organizational and functional models for sudden unification situations. This study conducted Prepared will be unification for financial of integration. On this study will request saving the national finance of 1 % by year for unification and 49.2% for social- welfare policy. As assistant prepare for tax-unification, public loan. etc. In terms of integrating social- welfare administration after the unification for over come market-economy, need to attitude of unremaindelism, universal social- welfare system, sense of solidantilism and social- welfares economic policy . Over come simple consumpt and will pursuit long term wel-being together and nationwide education is required for changing the national perception of unification to convenience and benefit.
